Defense Ninjas is a self-defense program designed for women (including non-binary genders) that offers a unique training methodology known as The Ninja Breakthrough System.
They have a different approach to the martial arts and they called it a holistic approach, which basically means that they understand that learning how to kick-punch is not effective Self-Defense. They work with Local Law Enforcement Police Officers to train in all the Real-Life Threats that women face and teach easy ways to Escape domestic violence and street attacks. The best way to learn is to learn in your OWN TIME. So you don’t have to show up one hour per week to train with a group of other women and then not do anything for the rest of the time. You will train in your own time at your own comfortable pace. You will get one-on-one time with your coach who will work with you and guide you.
